COVID-19 Shipping Update

Due to COVID-19, our shipping partners have updated service terms. Please check the specific carrier information below for an update.

US Post Office:

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:

• Carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check:
  • Mailbox
  • Porch
  • Garage
  • Any area out of potential weather hazards
  • Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed
• Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail.
• Check with others in your house that may have accepted it.
• In rare cases, package may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 24 hours.

If it has been over 24 hours from the 'delivered' status, to save time a service request may be sent by email to your local Post Office™ facility for follow-up. You will receive a confirmation number and a contact within 2-3 business days.

Delivery Status Not Updated

We apologize your mail or package delivery status is not yet available and ask for your patience while the item is being processed.

If there has been no follow up scan the day after arriving at your local Post Office™ facility AND no delivery has occurred, to save time a service request may be sent by email to your local Post Office™ facility for follow-up.

You will receive a confirmation number and a contact within 2-3 business days.

International Shipments

The Postal Service™ is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to service impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic. To find out if your country has been impacted by this suspension, please visit the USPS Service Alert site. 

FedEx:

For International shipping, please check the Service Impact of COVID-19 document from FedEx for the most up-to-date transit times to your country. 

For all packages, FedEx has suspended their money-back guarantee for all FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight and FedEx Office services effective immediately until further notice. 

UPS:

Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, UPS has suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination. For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020.

Where available, you can sign up for free UPS My Choice which enables you to provide more specific delivery instructions such as where to leave deliveries, or redirect deliveries to another location, and also provides you with the ability to receive delivery notifications.
